Abadox: The Deadly Inner War is a 2D side-scrolling shoot 'em up game released on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). Abadox takes place in the year 5012 where a giant alien organism has eaten the planet Abadox. As the last surviving Galatic fighter it is up to you to rescue Princess Maria and stop the alien organism from eating other planets. The game follows the traditional gameplay mechanics of other side-scrolling shooters of its day.
