To get unlimited lives, head to the second level in the Ghost & Ghouls stage. Not too far into the level, you will come across a larger Fuzzyneck enemy, get rid of him, and make your way using the underground path behind him.
You will eventually see a Pteranodon in a hole closed off by two blocks. No enemies are needed to break these blocks, just duck down on each side of the slope and hit the blocks with your club. The Pteranodon will take you to a bonus level that contains a statue of Joe.
In the bonus level, break the blocks over the second hole and drop down. At the very bottom, you will see the statue of Joe next to the exit sign. If you keep hitting the statue it will drop an unlimited amount of diamonds (which you can use to gain unlimited lives).
The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Super Nintendo (SNES) with a Game Genie device or you can use these on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie device, you can always check on Amazon for one.
