Dig Dug II Cheats For NES

Level Select

To enable level select, wait until the title screen is done scrolling into place, then press Start + Select + A. If you entered this cheat correctly when you start the game the player and round options will be displayed in white. Now you can use Up or Down on the D-pat to select the level (round) and press A or B to start on that level.

Infinite Lives

To get infinite lives, you must first get to level 15 by either using the level select cheat above or getting there yourself. Once you are there, kill one Pooka (the red enemy) so you get 200 points for doing so. Get yourself killed so you lose all of your lives and on the Game Over screen press B on Controller 2 and press A on Controller 1 at the same time.  Now, press Start to start the game and you will notice it says "HERANAI" where the lives should be displayed.

Dig Dug II Game Genie Codes

The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) with a Game Genie device or you can use these on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie device, you can always check online for one.
