Final Fantasy VI or Final Fantasy III as it's known in North America is an RPG video game developed and published by Square for the Super Nintendo. Final Fantasy VI is the sixth game in the Final Fantasy series and the first Final Fantasy game to be directed by someone other than series creator Hironobu Sakaguchi. The setting of the game is a mix of medieval with some steampunk influences, including mechanical things like mechs. Final Fantasy VI features fourteen playable characters that join and leave your party throughout the game.
