Golden Axe Cheats For Genesis

9 Continues (Credits)

To start the game with 9 continues, select Arcade Mode to go to the character selection screen. Once on the character selection screen, hold Left + Down on the D-pad and press A + C + Start. If you did this correctly, when you die enough to trigger a continue you'll notice you have 9 continues or credits. Unfortunately, there is no confirmation telling you if you entered the cheat code correctly at the time of entering it.

Level Select

To access the level selection options, select Arcade Mode to go to the character selection screen. Once on the character selection screen, hold Left + Down on the D-pad and press B + Start. You will notice a number appear on the top left of the screen. The number represents the starting level or stage, use Up or Down on the D-pad to change the starting level.

Golden Axe Game Genie Codes

The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Sega Genesis with a Game Genie device or you can use these on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie Device, you can always check on Amazon for one.
