How to Enable Cheats in Sons of the Forest
To enable or activate cheats in Sons of the Forest, start a new game or load an existing file and type in the cheat code cheatstick. If you entered this cheat code correctly, you can press F1 on your keyboard, allowing you to enter console commands. We have divided the Sons of the Forest console commands into sections below making it easier to find the item you are trying to spawn.
How to Use Cheats / Console Commands in Sons of the Forest
To use console commands in Sons of the Forest, enter the activation code above and press F1 to bring up the command console. Now, input one of the console commands below and press enter to activate or deactivate a game cheat.
Player Settings
The following console commands will directly impact your character.

| godmode on | Turns on godmode - gives you unlimited health, thirst, hunger, rest, stamina, etc. |
| godmode off | Turns off godmode |
| regenhealth | Replenishes your health |

| buffstats | Replenishes your stats |
| instantbookbuild on | Allows you to instantly build items from your recipe book without needing any mats |
| instantbookbuild off | Turns off instant recipe build |
| speedyrun on | Gives you the ability to run super fast |
| speedyrun off | Turns off the ability to run super fast, returning it to normal |
| superjump on | Turns on the ability to jump very high |
| superjump off | Turns off the ability to jump very high, returning it to normal |
| showhud off | Turns off the HUD (player infromation) |
| showhud on | Turns on the HUD if it was off |
| cavelight on | Lights up the area around you similar to the lighter but without a tint |
| cavelight off | Turns off the light source around you |
Environment Settings
The following console commands will change the environment settings.

| season spring | Changes the current season to spring |
| season summer | Changes the current season to summer |
| season autumn | Changes the current season to autumn |
| season winter | Changes the current season to winter |
