Tetris Cheats For Game Boy

Hard Game Mode

To activate a hard game mode, on the player selection screen hold Down on the D-pad and press Start to select the amount of players. When you start the game you will notice a heart appear next to the level number. The game will be more difficult because the blocks will fall a lot faster.

Space Shuttle Launch

If you beat Game A with a score of 100,000 or more you will see an animation play of a space shuttle being launched.

Russian Dancers

To see the secret ending with Russian dances, complete level 9 of Game B. This will play an animation with Russian dancers dancing in front of the Kremlin.

No Upcoming Blocks

To disable the box showing the next upcoming block, press Select while playing the game. To re-enable the upcoming block box, press Select again.

Tetris Game Genie Codes

The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Game Boy with a Game Genie device or you can use these on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie device, you can always check on Amazon for one.

Tetris Cheats For NES

Start On Level 19

If you want to start on the highest level, select your game type, select level 9, and hold A then press start. This will bump you up ten levels and start you on level 19 instead of level 9.

Hide Next Block

If you don't want to see what block is coming up next, press select while in a match. This will make the game more challenging since you can't plan ahead for a piece you have coming up.

Tetris Game Genie Codes

The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) with a Game Genie device or you can use these on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie Device, you can always check on Amazon for one.
