Item Cheat

When picking up small hearts from the yellow boxes, hold Start + Select on controller 1 and controller 2. If you did this correctly, you will hear the Capcom logo sound effect play. This will get you the max amount of hearts, 990 coins, 9 lives and all of the outfit upgrades.
