The Simpsons: Bart vs. the Space Mutants Cheats For NES

Level 1 Tips

Moe's Tavern

At the beginning of the first level, you will come across Moe's Tavern followed by a public telephone. If you use a coin on the telephone, you can make a prank call to Moe and he will come outside looking for you. When he comes up to you he's wearing purple giving you the ability to spray paint him.

Space Mutant 4

At the beginning of the first level, you will see a movie theatre playing Space Mutant 4 with show times at 2 pm and 4 pm. If you wait outside the theatre at one of those times, you can spray the kid walking out of it.

Petshop - Bird

When you get to the pet shop that has the bird in the window, throw a firecracker next to the bird.

Extra Lives

If you launch a rocket at the letter E in the Kwik-E-Mart sign, you'll get 3 extra lives from doing so.

Grandpa Simpson - Extra Coins

When you get to the retirement home, go to the last window on the right and blow the whistle. Grandpa Simpsons will shower you with some coins, make sure to catch them all.

Unlimited Lives

To activate unlimited lives, during the cutscene where you see the stars in space, press B, A, C, Down, Up, Right.
